As a senior logistics manager for the IT department, Towanna Gates is responsible for expanding voice network services, maintaining the network infrastructure, growing vendor relationships, and supporting the financial health of the department. Towanna works closely with SSO's clients to help them gain a better understanding of their infrastructure, business needs, and IT requirements. Additionally, Towanna provides support for the IT department by collaborating with the Chief Information Officer on developing the budget, as well as sustaining SSO's relationships with tenants and pursuing business development opportunities.

Towanna possesses extensive knowledge of SSO's voice services and infrastructure, and is known for her ability to instill confidence and knowledge in new clients. Additionally, she leverages the knowledge she's gained as a certified project manager to help clients streamline their operations and solve their most pressing business challenges. Towanna resides in the District of Columbia where she was born and raised. She has completed an undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in project management from Strayer University . In her spare time, Towanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, bike riding, and reading.
