As Conference Services Coordinator of SSO, Krystal’s main focus is assisting clients with conference space reservations through SSO's Meeting Room Manager platform and collaborating with the rest of the Conference Services team to ensure that every meeting runs smoothly and that all the clients' needs are exceeded. Providing excellent customer service is a top priority of Krystal’s as she works with various meeting planners and clients both leading up to and during their meetings.
Prior to coming to work for SSO, Krystal worked as a Property Manager for ten years. She spent five years managing HOA's before transitioning to Real Estate Property Management in 2011. Krystal's property management experience taught her how to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service. She has worked in all different facets of property management over her career; she has handled negotiating leases, managed court cases for landlords with delinquent tenants, shown properties to clients, managed landlord and tenant correspondence, scheduled routine maintenance and handled maintenance requests. Krystal loves interacting with clients and making sure their needs are taken care of in a timely fashion.
Krystal graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is also a licensed Realtor with the State of Virginia. When she isn't working at the Hall of the States building, Krystal enjoys spending time with her husband and son at their home in Northern Virginia.
