Technical Support Technician
As System Administrator for SSO’s Technology Services department, Daniel Woods is responsible for assisting SSO’s clients by processing and resolving help desk requests and providing internal support such as processing and maintaining monthly billing documents and departments records. In addition, Daniel also manages and supports SSO's technological projects to ensure SSO is providing the best soutions for their clients. Daniel’s ability to listen intently to the needs and requirements of SSO’s clients and translate them into a form of resolution that will enable their success makes him a strong asset to the Technology Services team.
Prior to SSO, Daniel held a proven track record of outstanding sales performance and determination to ensure success through customer service, which is illustrated by his receipt of the President’s Club Champion award. He’s is known for his strong communication and customer services skills and his ability to successfully create, maintain and enhance client relationships.
Daniel was born in the District of Columbia and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY. He earned his degree on a basketball scholarship and successfully assisted his team in a first time appearance in the NCAA Tournament. After his undergrad career, Daniel continued to pursue his education in the world of technology by earning his Master’s Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Project Management from University of Maryland University College. In his free time, Daniel enjoys playing basketball, weight training and socializing with family and friends.
