Space and Capacities
SSO provides a variety of conference room space and setups to ensure you have the right layout to fit your meeting or function. Choose between standard and non-standard setups with specialized seating arrangements including but not limited to:
- Classroom seating: perfect for an educational setting, taking notes and reviewing distributed materials
- Theater style: ideal for presentations, speakers, and maximizing the number of attendees in a room
- Banquet rounds: great for networking, catered functions, and moving around
*Standard Set-Up--Every conference room has a standard conference style hollow square set-up. This set-up provides seating at a conference table and additional seating is located along the perimeter of the room.
**Non-Standard Set-up--Any room arrangement which differs from the standard hollow square set-up requiring moving of tables and chairs is considered a non-standard set-up and must be specifically requested at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting time and must be approved by SSO first. Organizations requesting a non-standard set-up will be charged an additional fee.
For safety and damage reasons, under NO circumstances are tables to be removed and/or re-arranged in any of the conference rooms.
