Cleveland Claybrooks brings to SSO’s Technology Services department more than 20 years of Information Technology experience. As a Systems Administrator, he specializes in providing IT support in the form of desktop, network and VoIP telephone support both internally to the various departments within SSO, and externally to SSO’s clients. Cleveland has an extensive working knowledge of Audio/Visual systems which he utilizes to provide A/V troubleshooting and consulting services to SSO’s Conference Services department and clients.

Cleveland was born and raised in the District of Columbia and spent some time in the Air Force after completing high school. He later attended Strayer University, where he majored in Information Technology with a focus on Network Security. Cleveland has successfully earned several IT certifications, which make him a valuable asset to the Technology Services department.
