Take the Red Line to Union Station. Exit Union Station to the front of the building. Head right on Massachusetts Avenue for less than one block and take a left onto North Capitol Street (heading towards the U.S. Capitol). The building is on your right at 444 North Capitol Street.

Metered street parking with a two hour limit is available on a first come, first served basis.
Garage parking is available at the Hall of States building. Fees range from $22 on weekdays (1st hour is $12, more than an hour is $22 flat rate) to an $11 flat rate on weekends. Contact the parking garage for hours of operation and pricing at 202-298-7299.
Parking is also available at Union Station (202-898-1950) and various other parking garages in the area.
