- Theater style: ideal for presentations, speakers, and maximizing the number of attendees in a room
- Banquet rounds: great for networking, catered functions, and moving around
- Other: contact Krystal De Leon to discuss possible room arrangements for your event
*Standard Set-Up--Every conference room has a standard conference style hollow square set-up. This set-up provides seating at a conference table and additional seating is located along the perimeter of the room.
**Non-Standard Set-up--Any room arrangement which differs from the standard hollow square set-up requiring moving of tables and chairs is considered a non-standard set-up and must be specifically requested at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting time and must be approved by SSO first. Organizations requesting a non-standard set-up will be charged an additional fee.
For safety and damage reasons, under NO circumstances are tables to be removed and/or re-arranged in any of the conference rooms.
Rooms 231, 285, 331, 333, 337, 338, are audio-visual enhanced rooms. SSO reserves the right to move an organization not using the audio-visual system to another room if another organization wishes to use the enhanced AV system.
Rooms 233/35, 381, and 383/85 are NOT enhanced audio-visual rooms, but may be accommodated with portable A/V equipment.
