SSO was founded in 1976 as a joint venture of the Council of State Governments, the National Conference of State Legislatures and the National Governors Association.  Our mission is to provide our tenants with superior service at competitive prices achieved through economies of scale.  Appreciating that time is a scarce commodity to many of our tenants, we strive to offer a comprehensive range of services.  These include Internet access, state-of-the-art telecommunication services, a full-service library, eleven conference rooms, a print shop, desktop publishing, and address list maintenance.  As tenants of State Services Organization, you have access to a fitness center, a fine dining restaurant, a convenience store, a dry cleaner and bank with automated teller machines.  Our building services staff assists you with all your construction and building maintenance issues, allowing your staff to focus on the needs of your organization.
