State Services Organization has 11 conference rooms for rent ranging from 500 to 1,500 square feet in size, accommodating up to 75 participants in standard conference-type setup.  In addition, we provide a number of optional services including a full range of audio-visual equipment, beverages, and non-standard setups.

Audio-visual equipment includes:

  • Flip chart/Easel
  • Podium w/Microphone
  • Tape recorder
  • Audio Sound system
  • Press Mult box
  • TV/VCR combo/DVD/CD players
  • Conference telephone
  • Internet access

  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Soft drinks
  • Bottled juices
  • Bottled water
  • Pitchers of water

For meetings of 20 or more we require that you e-mail or fax us a typed list of all attendees two full work days prior to the start of your meeting.  Conference Services will then arrange for building management to generate access badges for all of the listed attendees.  These badges will be left  in your reserved conference room, so that you may issue them to your guests in the building lobby area prior to the start of your meeting.
