State Services Organization has 14 remodeled conference rooms for rent ranging from 370 to 1,500 square feet in size, accommodating meetings of up to 75 people. Organizations renting rooms have access to state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and beverage service consisting of coffee, soft drinks, juice and water. We rent portable AV equipment and make deliveries within the building as well. Just ask for details.
We are excited to now offer you a Meeting Planner Package which includes the price of the room, LCD projector, sound system w/gooseneck mics, conference phone, and internet access at discounted rates. Tenants receive up to a 25% discount and Non-tenants could receive up to a 15% discount rate.
