SSO was founded in 1976 as a joint venture of the Council of State Governments, the National Conference of State Legislatures and the National Governors Association. Our mission is to provide our tenants with superior service at competitive prices achieved through economies of scale. Appreciating that time is a scarce commodity to many of our tenants, we strive to offer a comprehensive range of services. These services include: internet access, telecommunication services, an in-house library, fourteen state-of-the art conference rooms, a full services print shop, and desktop publishing with graphic design capabilities. Tenants of State Services Organization have access to an onsite fitness center, fine dining restaurant, convenience store, dry cleaner and bank with automated teller machines. Our building services staff will assist you with all your construction and building maintenance issues, allowing your staff to focus on the needs of your organization.
Most of our member organizations have been with us for several years and the staff of State Services Organization appreciates the trust and relationships that have developed.
